I watched this interview with Richard Branson where he said that his goal was to set up a business and leave the building 3 months later and it be fine and it really made me think of one of the key reasons why I haven’t yet scaled and the first tough question I ask myself...

It’s not “can this business survive without me.” But it’s:

“Have I created and communicated the values, playbook and business model so that anyone can pick up this company and make it great?”

This is Business 2.0. Business second time around. Business when you want to create meaningful wealth. Business as someone older, wiser and more focussed. Here are six other tough questions I ask myself:
