Jodie Comer as Tess in Prima Facie

I started my week extremely excited to experience some culture closer to home as I went to the Birmingham Rep to see Prima Facie, an incredible one-woman play about a Liverpool lawyer who climbs the corporate ladder and defends sexual abusers, before being assaulted herself. Jodie Comer is just a miracle. She has to be one of the greatest actresses of our time. I was totally blown away by her performance, two hours of non-stop intensity. Please go and see it on screen if you can.

Every time I go to the theatre, I don't understand why there isn't a Theatre Channel. It's so expensive and such a palava to see a show, why can't we make it more accessible by seeing it on screen at home? That's a business I would do if I didn't have a bunch of other things on my plate...

My Monday Muse is actress and producer, Pam Grier who is considered to be the first African-American woman to headline an action film. I've always been inspired by her power and sexuality. I listened to this podcast interview and fell in love all over again.

Feeling... In a lot of lower back pain so as soon as I finished writing this I'm going to London to get acupuncture at Pricc in Westbourne Grove.

Watching...  I have long been a fan of Es Devlin, even taking Roman to the mirror maze as a small child (which he still remembers) so I was delighted to see her Masterclass on turning ideas into art. People are obsessed with trying to understand "creativity" and I think she does an amazing job of breaking down the process, which is to look, see, connect and create.

Eating... I made a Goan fish curry to limit my meat intake this weekend and I brought home some Ben's Cookies from London for Roman which really got us excited. It's the little things.

Drinking... Its my drinking season so I went to Space Talk which is my ultimate favourite place in London right now. The interior is by Charlotte Taylor and Studio Ebba and is just **chef's kiss** The cocktails were actually amazing. I had a Fig cocktail and then a Mandarin one and everything was just so delicious and perfectly formed. No cameras inside but these pics below give you a vibe.

Applying... Clinique 3-Step system was the first luxury beauty item I bought from Boots Wolverhampton as a teenager. The lady at the counter had been there 25 years and remembered that gift with purchase. Our conversation got me nostalgic so I bought the lotion again... It still works a charm for my dehydrated winter skin.

Wearing... My Tekla dressing gown over my clothes they're so thick and fluffy. It's so cold. I'm buying these for all the men in my life this Christmas.

Reading... The new Flamingo Estate book is kinda amazing. I'm also re-reading this biography of Cleopatra which is packed with history for brand research.

Podcasts… How to Tell a Great Story - Robert Greene

I'm so happy my friend Phoebe Lovatt is back with her podcast. I cried listening to this episode on Matrescence.

Listening... I'm really into musical hypnotherapy. I love listening to hypnotherapist and songwriter, Jessica Bostons ABUNDANCE track when I'm low.

Business 2.0… I've been watching all of Codie Sanchez videos on buying businesses not creating them.

Thinking... About how to become more involved in the Labour Party and create media that gets more women active in voting.

Have a great week!
