We take control of our bodies by managing the level of toxicity both physically and energetically, acknowledging that for a long time we have had our senses dulled by various marketing aspirations to keep us subdued.
Part of knowing ourselves is knowing the glorious miracle which is the human body, and using data to track and analyse what works and does not work for us.
Where possible, we use this information to biohack ourselves to ensure that we have the energy and disposition to achieve the things we set out to do.
Sometimes we do bad things to our bodies because bad things can temporarily feel good, but we do them with open eyes and do not dumbfoundedly question the results. We know what we did and how it happened and we accept responsibility.
Actions
- Get a full health check, figure out your allergens and do your blood work. Go see your gynaecologist and also get an annual mammogram!
- Test going to bed and waking up at different 15/30 minute increments to learn what your optimum sleep schedule is.
- Throughout the month, track your moods in relation to your food, environment, cycle and the people you meet. Minimise the things that drag you down.
