Feeling... I was anxious last week. I didn’t practice New Method 8 - Control Your Media Diet and the US election and the knowledge that tech bros had a hand it in made me really stressed. So I just checked out a bit and decided to return to spiritual practice. I did a Jivamukti Yoga session at Love Supreme online and felt more at peace.
Watching... I only watch The Penguin for Sofia Gigante’s outfits… Love this Elle interview with her.
Eating... I made a giant Shepherds Pie and am just nibbling from it all week. Try this Caribbean one.
Smelling... I finally rebought Amber Kiso for winter from Space NK who are steadily increasing their brands. I love the smoky Japanese forest vibe. Smells of temple incense. I also bought Necessaire Santal Body Wash to see how strong the smell is. It's not super strong but still lovely.
Wearing... I got gifted a Varley half zip and I've been wearing it daily.
