Dang, I didn't write any Monday Muse Recommendations for the last few weeks because IWD took me out. I did so many events and speaking gigs and I drank and didn't exercise because of my ankle injury so I acted a sloth. I didn't create a body and environment for writing.

The thing is, apart from my paid Sunday newsletter which I have been sending quite religiously, I tend to work quite intuitively. That basically means I only do what I want to do.

But this weekend, I feel a gigantic shift in my energy and productivity. It's really quite basic, but it's just the recent bout of sun we have been having in England. The sun gives life. It changes everything.
